[TASK] Introduce class for Sys operations

Now operations on several sys endpoins:

• /sys/wrapping/wrap
• /sys/wrapping/unwrap
  are places at the Auth class.

The methods must be deprecated and redirect to appropriate methods of the new class for sys operations.
