Added a comment, that the funds transfer does not show up immediately using cardano-cli for some reason.

It usually shows up in seconds. It is likely your node not catching up with block containing the transaction that leads to your experience. The wording in the proposed change is misguiding in my view |

I have now tried it on two nodes, different addresses and it does not come in seconds. It is a highly available node and since it does not work in this case, it means there is some problem in the network. I stick to my comments. Time delay is a few hours. |

If your node is in sync, you will see the transaction reflected very soon: from seconds to a few minutes. |
