• add example to conditional image generation based on unconditional image generation

Why it is WIP

Implementation is not completed.
There is some FIXME comment.

What is a problem

runtime error is thrown as below.
training script needs to fix.

$ accelerate launch train_conditional.py --train_data_dir dataset_example
RuntimeError: Given groups=1, weight of size [320, 4, 3, 3], expected input[1, 3, 64, 64] to have 4 channels, but got 3 channels instead

Hi @maito1201! Looks like we've started working on the finetuning script in parallel, sorry for the confusion!
