How to test Sentry's capture Exception in jest?

Hi,

I'm looking at testing that captureException is sending data that is ran through my beforeSend function and obfuscates the data before sending.

I'm mocking fetch and XMLHttpRequest but It is not working. Is there a recommended way to use jest.spyOn to check the request payload is being obfuscated?
