Issue Description

Verify Your Configuration

Make the following checks to verify that your node is properly configured.
op-node and op-geth will log their configurations at startup
Check that the Jovian time is set to its correct activation timestamp in the op-node startup logs
Check that the Jovian time is set to its correct activation timestamp in the op-geth startup logs

from official doc

but my op-node log shows "holocene_time=Thu Jan 9 18:00:01 UTC 2025" isthmus_time="@ 1746806401 ~ Fri May 9 16:00:01 UTC 2025" jovian_time="(not configured)" interop_time="(not configured)""

is that normal?

1. upgrade to v1.16.1
2. start o-node

Expected vs. Actual Behavior

Expected result like my op-geth it shows Jovian: @1764691201
