The timezone GMT0 cannot be properly parsed on java8. The randomZone() method now excludes GMT0, if java8 is used. Closes elastic#37814

The timezone GMT0 cannot be properly parsed on java8.
The tests now uses another timezone under java8, if GMT0 has been picked
randomly.
Closes #37814
This also will be documented in bugs/issues with java-time parsing.
