The method Translog#getMinGenerationForSeqNo does not modify the current translog but only access, it therefore should acquire the readLock instead of writeLock.

The method Translog#getMinGenerationForSeqNo does not modify the current translog but only access, it therefore should acquire the readLock instead of writeLock.
