[ML] Add node info to data frame _stats #43743
Description
GET _data_frame/transforms/blah/_stats should return the node name that the transform persistent task is assigned to. This will make it easier for troubleshooting (finding logs) and can be displayed in UI upon row expansion. Also, node is already provided for anomaly detection and outlier detection.
