SQL: Introduce ODBC mode besides JDBC inside drivers REST layer #34720
Description
Currently for drivers requests, the mode parameter is sent which accepts the null, plain or jdbc value. This should be extended to include odbc as well even if the functionality, for the moment, is the same as jdbc.
