Test discovery in VS fails for this repository

Recently Test Explorer in VS fails to discover any tests for VisualFSharp.sln and other solutions in this repo.

Test output shows:

Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestPlatform.ObjectModel.TestPlatformException: Could not find testhost
