When I create a new project with .NET 8 RC2 (8.0.100-rc.2.23477.19) using the CLI I'm seeing a bunch of warnings:

Related SDK issue: dotnet/sdk#35768

I'm not sure what's going on. I first noticed it after #50963, but the files in question (e.g. /content/BlazorWeb-CSharp/.template.config/localize/templatestrings.cs.json look normal to me. When I you look at the -v diag outpu, I see the following:

The fix for this has been merged here: dotnet/templating#7103

It will be part of the .NET SDK 8.0.100 RTM.
