Provide an integration method for script loaders

I'm using LABjs to load all my javascript, including jquery, for my application.

Because of how toolbar implements the $, _$, and script tag, entirely breaks the application and it won't even load.

Supporting an integration method for script loaders would be great, because right now I can't even use the toolbar at all.

I have little frontend experience and I don't know what "an integration method for script loaders" is. Google didn't help: the first result for these terms is this ticket!

I'm going to close this ticket as a duplicate of #304 because it reports the same symptoms — $ doesn't work.

If they're in fact different problems, could you reopen this issue and provide enough details for me to understand what you're talking about?
