For this milestone, all functionality regarding the streaming of logging output from containers to Delphi-Management should be implemented.
Also the authentication framework which was planned in the last milestone should actually be used, including an implementation of a Request Limiter for the registry.
Additional the re-design and re-implementation of the registry API (to make it more REST like) should be finished.
Last but not least we want to have a working version of the docker setup-script, which creates the macvlan networks on the docker host machine.
