Dev: set the expiration date of the token when creating the token #926
Description
Currently, tokens expire based on the Config/AuthToken::$unusedTokenLifetime setting. It is better that users are able to set the expiration date of the token when creating the token(Access Token,HMAC SHA256 Token), like GitHub's token.
