Updated version of PSR\Log has been released (simply adding void return types). We should update our third party version.

This might sit for a while as psr/log v2 and v3 both require PHP 8 as min version.

Ah shoot I missed that! I looked at the v2 to v3 diff and all the 8.0 stuff was v1.1.4 to v2. This is way down the road, closing.

I think it is planned for version 4.4 to drop PHP 7.4 support, so we can consider raising Psr/log to v3 again.

This is not easy.
php-coveralls/php-coveralls requires psr/log v1 or v2.
