RECAPTCHA_SITE_KEY

Hello folks!

In the maintenance call on 2025-09-02, we discovered a configuration for ReCAPTCHA in codebar-production.

As far as I am able to determine, this is unused in the codebase.

# Returns nothing
ag -Q "captcha"

The configuration consists of these environment variables:

RECAPTCHA_SECRET_KEY
RECAPTCHA_SITE_KEY
# This was even misspelled
RECPATCHA_SITE_KEY 

It looks like the configuration is used by [recaptcha][https://github.com/ambethia/recaptcha) gem.

Looking at the git history, it doesn't look like this was ever added to the master branch.

I think this is safe to remove.

Unless there are objections, I am planning to remove these by 2025-09-16
