I had to search for it because this is the first time I'm listening about Djot. From what I see, it looks like something I would use myself so it might end up being supported here. I just can't focus on that for now as I still have a few more important features to include first. Also, what did you mean by CSS files? |

I did some more digging and I haven't found a reason against it. Djot files have a different extension, so using them would be optional. Just read the contributing guide before submitting a pull request. I think you should just focus on parsing djot -> HTML -> djot as the rest is easy. I saw that Djot to HTML is already available, but it needs to be extended to handle some specific cases that require custom markup, such as internal links for example. I couldn't find anything for HTML -> djot so that will be the hardest part. This should be working before integrating it into Many Notes. Hit me up if you need assistance. |

The guy who made Markdown also came up with the djot file format, which offers more features with a better rendering/parsing system.
Would be nice if it could be supported? or other file formats for this matter.
