Fix master & the npm release

@justinbmeyer: does your local external-resources branch have anything that hasn’t been pushed?

I ask because it looks like some commits are missing from this repo. When I first started implementing a workaround for the CodePen import issue:

• master was two minor releases behind external-resources
• npm had 1.3.1 and 1.3.2, neither of which were in external-resources

I made a mess of the repo because I merged external-resources into master and then implemented the CodePen workaround (as 1.3.5). My workaround was buggy so I set the “latest” npm release to 1.3.2, the last known working version.

I can fix this whole mess, but first I’d like to know if your local external-resources branch has the 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 releases that are seemingly missing from this repo.
