Feature request: Remove the flag log_uncaught_exceptions in the Logger utility

Use case

The flag log_uncaught_exceptions doesn't work in the Lambda Runtime, so we need to remove it.

Solution/User Experience

Remove the log_uncaught_exceptions flag.
