Changes: Removes outdated duplicate entries from the returned map of NamespaceAwareCoordinatorStreamStorereadMessagesFromCoordinatorStore() to prevent inaccurate partition count and resulting errors in SSPGrouperProxy.
Tests: existing tests pass
