Respect spark.executor.extraJavaOptions

in addition to the currently-respected spark.driver.extraJavaOptions.

We use this in an internal application to set -Dlogback.configurationFile=%s -Dlogback.debug=true, though likely logback configuration is less important in a docker world than it was in the YARN world
