Drag Drop- apply class to all linked drop lists

A class that is applied to all linked drop lists once an item starts dragging

What is the use-case or motivation for this proposal?

Currently cdk-drop-list-dragging is only applied to a cdkdroplist once a dropppable item is moved over it, it would be useful to be able to style all potential drop lists as a guide for where items may be dropped.
