Find for "Use TypeScript type definition files": as you can see the link "TypeScript type definition files" is pointing to the following URL http://www.typescriptlang.org/Handbook#writing-dts-files, that redirects to http://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/tutorial.html.

Is that link wrong?
Shouldn't that link open this URL https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/writing-declaration-files.html ?
