Latest DMDGO New DM Feature (No. 24)

The no. 24 feature needs some additions:

1. Instead of making a token reach rate limit, make it reach a user specific dm count for longevity of tokens.
2. 1 threaded option doesn't work in this mode. I know it's for more than 1 threads and I know Vanshaj used 20 or something with multiple fingerprint, but I'm a very careful guy that want each token to join finish its specified dm count and then repeat.
