I have this issue on 4.4.170 (latest auto-update), Windows 11 21H2 (OS Build 22000.1042)

The start menu icon opens the Windows 11 start menu. The Windows key on the keyboard opens open-shell's start menu

When i click shell icon openshell start menu opens.
When i miss shell icon and click corner of the screen Windows 11 start menu opens

I don't have an icon replacement, just the original icon. It looks like the actual icon replacement just overlays on top of the existing icon, and doesn't remove the existing icon

I have the exactly the same problem.

This issue affects literally everyone. As a temp solution, just replace the icon so openshell overlays the original button. Not nice, but the best i have.
