"Modern" Start Menu style

Hello! I want to suggest to add a new type of start menu with Pinned, Recent and All programs merged into one list with alphabetic separation (like in Windows 10), but with Windows 7-like side pane actions, jumplists etc. This will effectively combine the ease of finding programs and using less clicks with the good old Windows 7 look & feel.
