This release mainly minifies the library using webpack and uglify as well as a small refactor on some dependencies.

First Dev Release Tag

The current intention, until the v1.0.0 release, is to increment patch versions as new features and changes come in and to increment the minor version when we are bundling for looper wallet. This is likely to change post-v1.0.0
