FastLane + GitHub Actions + TestFlight = Mac-free Loop install

• No Mac needed.
• Install Loop on remote phones. I.e. phones that are not connected to your computer.
• Have easy access to install/restore Loop on new phones.
• GitHub provides correct Xcode/Mac versions; no upgrade maintenance.
• Deploy to newer versions of iOS, as soon as your phone is updated.
• Developer mode not needed on phones or on watch.
• Easily revert to previously built versions of Loop.

Thanks to @budsterblue for submitting #23, which provided the impetus to dig into this, and formed the initial template for the FastLane + Github Actions part of it.

Downsides:

• TestFlight requires apple id accounts 13 years or older.
• App must be updated once every 90 days. But it's a simple click to make a new build.
• Setup is somewhat involved. But is one-time. Subsequent builds are trivial.
