Fix flaky parsing tests

What does this PR do?

Minor test fix. Since we have randomized the test sequence.

Try running this:

pytest utilities/test_parsing.py::test_lightning_setattr utilities/test_parsing.py::test_lightning_getattr -v

will fail on master.
