Verify missing typescript module dependencies with warnings

🛠 Fix

• Verify existing Typescript module dependencies: Logs a warning when there are Typescript modules but without even one dependency between them.
• Print warning on missing dependency data in anomaly detection summary: Even if this violates the "fail-fast" principle, it supports anomaly detection summary Markdown report generation despite missing data by writing out a dedicated warning. Applying anomaly detection to really small projects shouldn't fail but just lead to empty sections marked with warning messages.
