Add internal dependencies reports for Typescript

🚀 Feature

• Add internal dependencies reports for Typescript. Except for interface segregation candidates and some Java specific queries, the Typescript report for internal dependencies now also contains the most important queries and tables.
• Improve globalFqn parsing for refined module and declaration properties. Now, the name of class members only contains their name without the class name prefix. Additionally, these new properties have been added: extensionExtended, extension and moduleName. With that, also the name of modules had been improved to only show the sole name.

⚙️ Optimization

• Move artifact list to internal dependencies directory
• Move interface segregation principle query for Java to internal depencies

🛠 Fix

• Fix missing incoming dependencies using resolved modules. With this fix the calculation of incoming dependencies in Typescript projects also includes internal module dependencies that were detected right away before resolving external modules with the same globalFqn.
• Fix typo in filename
