What version of PushSharp are you using?

Describe your issue:
APNS connection can't be established if on the machine TLS1.0 is disabled.
TLS1.0 may be disabled due to security reasons.
PushSharp.Core supports only TLS1.0 version.
What are the steps required to reproduce this issue?
Disabled TLS 1.0 on your machine and try to send a push to iOS device.
Please provide any Exception Stack Traces
