What's in this PR?
Add a warning this library stops working correctly once version 1 of the LinkedIn API is dropped.
Why?
LinkedIn communicated all developers need to migrate their apps to the newest LinkedIn APIs and OAuth 2.0 by March 1, 2019. Developers need to know this library stops working correctly (unless this library is updated to drop version 1 and support version 2.) Hence the vote remark to check the demand for updates of this library.
