fix(ui): update chewie to newest version

I only increased the chewie version, no additional tests are needed. Existing tests pass

Description of the pull request

• Updated chewie version to 1.3.0
• Done to prevent dependency problems with BloC version (Provider versions of chewie and BloC were not compatible)
