BUG: inputWithFileBtn in SettingsTemplate.yml: the Browse button doesn't do anything

• I am using the latest version of Flow Launcher.

Problem Description

The button appears, but doesn't do anything. This is because there is no click event handler attached to the button that would actually open the dialog.

To Reproduce

1. Create a JS plugin
2. Add a field with type inputWithFileBtn
3. Click on the "Browse" button in settings
