Clearly, 2023.06/scripts/utils.sh is not under 2023.06/software/linux/aarch64/neoverse_v1, as that would be 2023.06/software/linux/aarch64/neoverse_v1/2023.06/scripts/utils.sh. The actual tarball content is actually correct by the way, it is just a reporting issue.
