There is an issue on large multipart uploads where UploadPart operation fails because of expired AWS credentials. Refactor credentials updater to use the
RefreshableCredentialsclass to let the AWS client handle refreshing the credentials instead of on a per file basis.Fix access token refresh issue on API calls
Also update app IDs and version.
